**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our marketing team to create captivating property videos that highlight the key features and appeal of each listing
- Present the properties on camera with confidence, delivering engaging and persuasive narratives to potential buyers or renters
- Work closely with the sales team to promote and sell properties to interested clients
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers
- Respond to inquiries and assist clients with property-related questions
- Build and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers through various channels, such as social media, networking events, and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations
- Assist in organizing and participating in open houses and other promotional events
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and staging professionals to ensure optimal presentation of properties
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

**Requirements**:

- No prior real estate experience required; both experienced professionals and freshers, including models, are encouraged to apply
- Confidence and ability to present properties on camera with charisma and enthusiasm
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry practices, regulations, and local market trends (training will be provided)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
