**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging **Physics lessons** as per **CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum**.
- Conduct **laboratory experiments and demonstrations** to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Develop **lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and practice papers** to reinforce learning.
- Prepare students for **board exams, competitive exams (JEE, NEET, NTSE, KVPY, Olympiads, etc.)**.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through **tests, quizzes, and practical assessments**.
- Offer remedial classes and mentoring for **students who require additional support**.

**2. Classroom Management & Student Engagement**:

- Maintain an **interactive and student-friendly classroom atmosphere**.
- Encourage **critical thinking, scientific discussions, and problem-solving approaches**.
- Use **modern teaching aids, smartboards, simulations, and multimedia tools** for better engagement.
- Implement **active learning strategies** like flipped classrooms, inquiry-based learning, and project-based learning.

**3. Lab & Practical Work**:

- Supervise **Physics lab experiments** and ensure students follow safety protocols.
- Maintain **laboratory records, apparatus, and experiment notes**.

**4. Assessment & Academic Progress Tracking**:

- Conduct **formative and summative assessments** to evaluate student performance.
- Prepare **question papers, grading rubrics, and detailed evaluation reports**.
- Provide **individual feedback** to students and guide them in improving their performance.

**5. Curriculum Development & Professional Growth**:

- Stay updated with **recent developments in Physics and educational methodologies**.
- Collaborate with the **Head of Department and fellow teachers** to improve teaching strategies.
- Participate in **faculty meetings, training workshops, and professional development programs**.
- Contribute to **curriculum planning and enhancement**.

**6. Extracurricular & Research Activities**:

- Organize **science fairs, exhibitions, quiz competitions, and STEM-related activities**.
- Encourage students to **participate in national and international Physics competitions**.
- Guide students in **research projects and innovation-based learning**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
