Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: On-site - Dharmkot, Punjab
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 years preferred (talented freshers may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design digital content for social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create visually appealing graphics for college promotions, events, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications
- Assist in developing branding materials, brochures, posters, and banners
- Collaborate with the content, photography, and video teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, student engagement, and outreach activities
- Ensure all designs align with the college’s brand guidelines and academic values

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus) or equivalent design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a range of design styles
- Good understanding of social media design trends, layouts, and user engagement principles
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred)
