Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate, energetic, and tech-savvy Coding Instructors to teach programming and digital skills to children aged 6-16 years. The role involves delivering structured and creative coding sessions both online and offline, making learning fun and accessible for young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging lessons using block-based (e.g., Scratch) and/or text-based (e.g., Python, HTML/CSS) programming tools.
- Conduct offline and/or online classes as per the scheduled timetable.
- Customize teaching strategies for different age groups and learning paces.
- Encourage students to think creatively, solve problems, and build real-world projects.
- Monitor and report student progress; maintain class records and feedback logs.
- Coordinate with the curriculum and support team to enhance session quality.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers and final-year students with strong coding skills and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Scratch, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about technology and child development.
- Comfortable using digital tools for online teaching (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and keep young learners engaged.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

- Experience with platforms like Code.org, MIT App Inventor, Tynker, etc.
- Exposure to basic robotics, game development, or animation tools.
- Familiarity with child pedagogy or classroom management techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
