**Position**: Graphic Designer cum Content Writer
**Location**: Group Concorde (Aviation and Cargo Logistics)
**Salary**: INR 40,000 to 50,000 per month

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as banners, flyers, social media posts, advertisements, presentations, and more.
- **Video Production**: Create and edit short promotional videos, GIFs, and animated content for digital marketing campaigns.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure consistency in design, tone, and style across all communication channels.
- **Campaign Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and other departments to design campaigns, including promotional materials for events, products, and services.
- **Research & Strategy**: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to create relevant and innovative content.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Bring fresh ideas to the table, experimenting with design layouts and content styles to enhance the company’s outreach.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple design and content projects, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Adaptability**: Modify designs and content to suit varying platforms and audiences, including print, web, and social media.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Content Writer, preferably in the aviation, logistics, or related sectors.
- **Proficiency in Design Tools**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- **Writing Skills**: Strong command of the English language, with the ability to write engaging, grammatically sound content.
- **Video Editing**: Experience in creating short promotional videos for social media and online platforms.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
