Chef de Partie (CDP) - Multi Cuisine is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.) to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. The role involves supervising Commis chefs, maintaining food consistency, and ensuring adherence to kitchen safety and HACCP standards.

**Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking**
- Prepare and cook dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Chinese, Asian, etc.) according to standard recipes and specifications.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet presentation and taste standards.
- Assist in menu planning, development of specials, and food cost control.

**Team Management**
- Supervise and train Commis and junior kitchen staff in proper food handling, cooking techniques, and plating.
- Delegate tasks and monitor their execution to maintain consistency and efficiency.

**Quality & Hygiene**
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Follow HACCP and hotel safety protocols for food storage, preparation, and service.
- Monitor portion control to minimize wastage and maintain profitability.

**Inventory & Cost Control**
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to the Sous Chef.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of ingredients to reduce wastage.
- Help in maintaining food cost within the set budget.

**Coordination & Service Support**
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth food service during operations.
- Handle special dietary requests and ensure guest satisfaction with food quality.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
