**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work on the fabrication, assembly, and installation of:

- Modular wardrobes and kitchens
- Beds, sofas, and consoles
- Wall paneling and storage units
- Other custom-designed fixed and loose furniture
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and designs.
- Operate woodworking machines, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure precise measurements, cutting, and finishing of wood components.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Repair and refurbish wooden furniture as required.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project timelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Carpenter** in a factory, workshop, or interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and material specifications.
- Skilled in polishing, laminating, and assembling furniture.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry experience in furniture manufacturing or interiors.
- Knowledge of modular furniture assembly and modern fittings.
- Experience working with MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, and hardwoods.
