What will you do?
- Assist the L&D team in regular recurrent tasks.
- Communicate Training Programs to target audience and follow-up accordingly.
- Maintain record of L&D initiatives and on-going training programs.
- Collaborate with team-members to convene global communication culture.
- Monitor & manage various Training Records using MS Office tools and make them presentation ready.
- Maintain cordial relations across departments.
- Adhere to Training Calendar and co-ordinate with participants, Mentors and Trainers efficiently.
- Offer back-end support, observe timeliness and become the bridge between Employees and L&D Department.
- MBA graduate with HR or L&D specialization such as ISTD or ID etc.
- Excellent Communication skills; strong command over English.
- Well-versed with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Confident, quick learner with a go-getter attitude.
