**Role Summary**

- The position will be responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the RBI’s needs. The incumbent will be leading functions like - Infrastructure Solutions, Strategy & Innovation, Product development, Cloud Platforms etc in line with organisational Vision. The individual should be well versed with new age technologies and trends in the IT/FinTech industry to integrate with our existing systems and is expected to bring in high level of technical expertise.**II**

**Additional Information**
- (a) Responsibilities:
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals and create strategic plans for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web and mobile services.
- Ensure tight collaboration across departments to drive strategic initiatives, including understanding of the alignment between technology strategy and various technology road maps.
- Maintaining a customer centric outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to clients.
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
- Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery.
- Responsible for planning technical strategy, product roadmaps, resources requirement and technology budgeting.
- Provide leadership and direction to subordinates across a variety of projects involved in and front-end development, back-end development and other relevant complex IT services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and other relevant departments to deliver strategic direction and product development as per the requirements and business needs

**Requirements**:

- (a) Education:
- BE, BTech, Graduate/ postgraduate - Computer Science- (b) Experience:
- Overall 20 plus years of experience with minimum 5 years as a CTO or similar Leadership role
- (c) Knowledge:
- Must have handled a large team.
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- (d) Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communicator and able to drive consensus across diverse technology teams.
- Strong and pragmatic views about open standards and with supporting evidence.
- Track record in developing next-generation leaders.
- Validated experience of metrics-driven management with accountability.
