We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Fellow Ophthalmologist (Fellowship in Medical and surgical retina) to join our team and provide specialized eye care to patients.
Proven work experience as an Ophthalmologist or similar role.
- Expert working knowledge of the diseases, functions and anatomy of the eye.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Qualification required: MD/ MS/ DNB in ophthalmology.

Course Curriculum

The fellow will be proficient in the evaluation and management of diseases of the retina, vitreous, and choroid. They will be doing hands on training to develop skills such as
- Comprehensive examination of the retina and vitreous including Indirect Ophthalmoscopy, 90D slit lamp bio
- microscopic examination.
- Optical coherence tomography
- OCT Angiography
- Autofluorescence
- Ultrasonography
- Electroretinography
- Fluorescein angiography
- ICG angiography

They will be exposed to the evaluation and management of retinal conditions including vascular, infectious, inflammatory, neoplastic, degenerative, and hereditary disorders.

**Conferences and lectures**

Classes will bepractically -oriented and cases discussed as they are being presented. A weekly Case presentation will be done, where interesting cases are prepared and presented by each fellow. In addition, fellows are expected to read relevant retina textbooks and update themselves ,besides asking the consultants their queries.

**Salary and Benefits**:
Fellows will be paid a fixed monthly stipend of 60,000/- in the first year with increment of 10% in the following year.

Leave for conferences and professional meetings will be allotted. A pre-approval is mandatory.
