Duties And Responsibilities
- Should have proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure research and record-keeping skills
- Should have verbal communication
- Responsible for outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
- Responsible for data entry management
- Customer conversion skills for the Ashtamudi Wellness
- Responsible for telephonic etiquette
- Generating leads to conversion and profit
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality of calls.
- Complaint management
- Daily call target
- Net Promoting Score

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kollam Sub-District, Kollam - 691571, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 3 years (required)
- Inside sales: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (preferred)
- English (preferred)
