UI/UX Designers

Location - Infopark, Kochi.
- Manage and execute the long and short-term goals & deliverables of the design team in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Manage cross-team communications and collaborations with Product, Tech, and Business owners.
- Multitasking with a portfolio of products.
- Lead a strong feedback loop on the design process across the multifunctional teams.
- Maintain and evolve the documentation and processes.
- Create frameworks and heuristics for the Design team to operate within.
- Mentor junior designers and guide them

**Requirement**
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

**Salary**: ₹10,239.00 - ₹38,837.95 per month
