Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Content Creator. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are passionate about writing, storytelling and photo editing, and who are eager to develop their skills in content creation. As a Content Creator, you will be contributing to the creation of engaging content across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation:

- Adobe Photoshop | Canva
- Learn to generate creative ideas for content topics, campaigns, and initiatives that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Work closely with senior team members to develop and refine your writing skills and style.
- Copywriting:

- Support the writing of compelling headlines, taglines, product descriptions, and ad copy that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
- Gain experience in adapting writing style and tone to suit different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Content Optimization:

- Learn basic seo principles and practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility and rankings.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics to gain insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Content Calendar Management:

- Support the management of the content calendar to ensure timely delivery and publication of content across all channels.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate content creation efforts and align with overall marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Strong written communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
- Basic understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style conventions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas and concepts.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roorkee, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
