**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile cash registers and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in fee collection and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for financial accuracy.
- Handle student and staff queries regarding payments and fees.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and security procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in cash handling or accounts-related work.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
