**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding patient's medical history and counseling them
- Work on ground at the doctor's clinic and facilitate the entire patient journey
- Addressing patient's treatment-related questions
- Coordinate between doctor and patient for any doubt
- Assist in billing and treatment-related formalities
- Assist patient’s family on procedure-related activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in Ayurveda/ Homeopathy/ Naturopathy or Diploma in Nursing
- Experience in counselling preferred (Experience with a fertility chain is a plus)
- Have high levels of empathy and can connect with patients
- Required Language: Kannada, English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)
- Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office

**Open Locations**:

- JP Nagar
- Marathahalli
- Indiranagar

**Salary**:

- Based on experience and relevant skillset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
