Store Keeper

As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining organized storage areas. Your primary goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of all stock items while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming supplies and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Prepare and process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices related to stock items.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform regular inspections of stored items to identify any damage, spoilage, or discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies.
- Prepare and package items for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to stock items, such as incorrect deliveries or damaged goods.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to optimize inventory management processes.
- Train and supervise junior staff members involved in stock handling and storage activities.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
