Job Responsibilities

1. Making initial calls to generate leads.
2. Constant follow up on the leads to attain maximum conversions.
3. Taking the requirements from the carrier, as per the same plan the route, negotiating the rates with the broker and booking the load to help the carrier to make the maximum profit.
4. Ensure that the driver has all the paperwork for smooth Pick-Up and Delivery and make sure that he understands the assignment.
5. Track the shipments by taking regular follow up with the carrier and provide timely updates of the Pick-Up and Delivery to the Brokers.
6. Maintain a respectful attitude when dealing with drivers, co-workers, potential customers, to help foster existing relationships and build new ones.
7. Arranging all the necessary documents for invoicing and submitting them to the accounting team for billing purposes.
8. Responsible for delivering high-quality service and must meet the assigned targets.

Skills Required

2. Should be fluent in English along with good oral and written communication skills.
5. Minimum 1 year of work experience in an International logistic process.
6. Should be Eager to learn, receptive, curious and should be able to bring new ideas to the process.
7. Must be optimistic about the situation, interactions and yourself to maintain a healthy work environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,655.47 - ₹30,024.46 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mohali, Punjab (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
