Key Responsibilities:
1. Copywriting:

- Craft compelling copy for websites, ensuring alignment with brand tone and user experience best practices.
- Develop engaging and relevant copy for social media management and profiles across various platforms.
- Write concise, impactful scripts for YouTube shorts that capture attention and drive engagement.

2. Technical Content Creation:

- Produce well-researched and informative content on topics such as SEO, digital marketing, AI, and reviews of AI tools.

3. Trend and Keyword Optimization:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and keywords, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and aligned with current digital marketing strategies.
- Integrate trending topics and relevant keywords into content to enhance visibility and engagement.

4. Content Strategy & Creativity:

- Generate innovative content ideas that captivate and resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize AI tools intelligently to support content creation, maintaining a balance between automation and human touch to produce authentic, humanized content.

5. Tech Savvy & User Experience:

- Understand and implement content structures that enhance user experience, driving engagement and conversion.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and digital tools to create content that meets modern standards.

6. Customer Persona Development:

- Create and refine customer personas to guide content creation, ensuring that all content is tailored to the needs and preferences of the target audience.

7. Process-Oriented Approach:

- Follow established processes and workflows for content creation, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting for content projects, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and content types.
- Excellent understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation while maintaining a humanized approach.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of content structure and user experience.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas and concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design or multimedia content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
