We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational support.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other related documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Liaise with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Track sales performance against targets and provide insights to the team.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and product demonstrations.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and build strong customer relationships.

Pay: ₹12,698.05 - ₹25,000.00 per month
