Job Description:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the store
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Source artisan partner products for Mumbai Store and close the relevant documentation (PO, Invoice, GRN, Payment etc.) for the same.
- Proactively market of Okhai’s & artisan partner products to retail customers and online.
- Arrange dispatch of online orders.
- Coach, mentor and develop superior work force. Foster a spirit of team work and unity
- Managing adequate inventory at all times & proper display of the store.
- Managing Finished Goods Inventory of the store with software system/Tally
- Managing Finished Goods inventory Stock Audit
- Managing Documentation, sales and payment reconciliation and Reporting with relevant Data to finance
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
