**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Design Excellence**: Craft visually captivating and user-focused landing pages, web pages, product experiences, and app interfaces that align with client objectives and project goals.
- **Design Software Proficiency**: Utilize proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD to translate client requirements into innovative design concepts.
- **Client Collaboration**: Engage with clients to understand their vision, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the design process.
- **Concept Development**: Develop and present innovative ideas and concepts, incorporating client feedback to achieve both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
- **Effective Communication**: Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal team members and clients, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Design Consistency**: Collaborate with the team to maintain design consistency across various media outlets, including print and digital platforms.
- **Asset Production**: Create compelling design assets for use on websites and other digital platforms.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about current industry trends, technology standards, social media developments, and the competitive landscape to continuously enhance design strategies.
- **Process Improvement**: Actively seek opportunities to improve design workflows and processes, driving efficiency and elevating the quality of deliverables.

**Qualifications**
- 1 - 3 year experience in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong behance / dribbble / portfolio
- Understanding of product design and design concepts
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technology standards, and emerging design tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role or agency environment is a plus.
- Must be able to create information architecture, MVP design, wireframes, prototypes.
- Proficiency with other design tools, apps, frameworks like framer, lottie, webflow and other design systems will be an added advantage
