**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects across various departments including production, quality, packaging, logistics, and supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination using DMAIC methodology.
- Train, coach, and mentor Green Belts and other team members on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Analyze data using statistical tools and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track project outcomes and continuous improvement progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.) and export regulations.

Pay: ₹12,140.91 - ₹40,000.00 per month
