**Job Overview**:
The Executive - Logistics will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, including courier handling, vendor coordination, and delivery management. The role ensures timely movement of goods (including physical documents, courier packages, and laptops) while maintaining accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily courier dispatches (documents, parcels, laptops, etc.) ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage vendor relationships for courier and logistics services, including rate negotiation and service quality checks.
- Track and monitor shipments; update stakeholders on delivery status.
- Oversee physical logistics work such as receiving, packaging, labeling, and dispatching items.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of shipments.
- Handle escalations and resolve courier-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Admin, IT, HR, Finance) for logistics support.
- Ensure cost control, efficiency, and compliance with company logistics policies.
- Maintain inventory of courier supplies and logistics materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, courier handling, or vendor management.
- Basic knowledge of courier services, shipment tracking, and delivery operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
