We are seeking highly qualified and dedicated individuals to join our institution as Regular Faculty members in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

As a Regular Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, conducting research, and contributing to the overall academic and professional development of our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:Deliver engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions to undergraduate students.

Develop and implement curriculum plans, course materials, and assessment methods that align with the program objectives and promote student learning.Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills development.Provide guidance, feedback, and academic support to students through office hours, mentoring, and individualized assistance.
- **Research and Be Updated**:Stay updated with current developments and emerging trends in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology, and incorporate them into your teaching and research activities.

Seek external research funding, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance your professional growth.
- **Curriculum Development**:Collaborate with departmental colleagues to review, revise, and develop curriculum materials, course outlines, and instructional resources.

Integrate innovative teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and interactive learning tools to enhance the quality of instruction and student engagement.Ensure that course content reflects current industry practices, advancements in scientific knowledge, and aligns with program outcomes and accreditation standards.
- **Student Advising and Mentorship**:Advise students on academic matters, career options, and assist in their academic and personal development.

Serve as a mentor to students by providing guidance, encouragement, and support for their research projects, internships, and career aspirations.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion among students.
- **Service and Collaboration**:Actively participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other institutional activities.

Collaborate with colleagues on research projects, interdisciplinary initiatives, and community engagement activities. **Desired Profile**:

- Minimum qualification of M.Tech/M.Sc/B.Tech from prestigious institutions such as IITs, NITs, or recognized universities/colleges.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
