**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide quotes and information to customers related to their product.
- Provide information including Delivery time and other quires related to the product.
- Fulfill invoice requests on purchased products.

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- Should be customer-obsessed.
- Consultant’s last job to be from premium contact center experience preferably from E-commerce and/or digital platforms in a chat and/or social media contact center. Freshers are also accepted.
- Should be proficient in spoken and written English & Hindi
- Typing speed & accuracy: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Pre-Hire check to be calibrated to include typing speed, psychometric / Aptitude, and language proficiency supported by Versant score of 5/+ or a benchmark assessment tool.
- All agents to be cross skilled to manage all channel interactions

**WORK CULTURE**:

- Work from the office.
- 5 days a week with 2 rotational off.
- 8:00 AM -10:00 PM window any 9 hours shift.
