**Position: MIS Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining excel sheets and keeping records to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep.
- Create and maintain reports including end of month, quarterly, and annual reports used by various departments.
- Oversee the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure data is current and accurately reflects client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned.

**Qualifications & Skills required**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, formulas like sumif, Vlook up, Hlookup etc.)
- Proven Experience as an MIS Executive or similar role will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data and information in a clear and concise manner on sheets.
