- Area AF & Quality Coordinator- Education Qualification Engineering and Science Graduate with CS Specialization- Reporting Manager Area Head
- Sales, Ops & Placements- Functional Reporting Regional AF & Quality Coordinator- Experience 3 - 4 Years- Experience Area Technology training, coaching, teaching, etc.- Desired Skills- Proficient in the technologies being covered in Acacia program/s.
- Should be process driven with high energy levels to cover the assigned area
- Quality oriented approach
- Good communication skills, including in regional language
- Willing to travel Extensive and have to use his own vehicle
- Roles & Responsibilities- Responsible for maintaining a pool of Adjunct Faculty in the area.
- Supporting the delivery partners in sourcing, screening appointing and provide induction training for Delivery
- Partner Adjunct Faculty- Providing replacement of DP AF as situation demands in line with BCP.
- Implement Quality review and rectification mechanisms.
- Monitor & track delivery & batch performance at each Delivery Partner and Campus in Campus centers
- Review of training feedback on delivery and Quality from students and faculty on predetermined timelines
- To provide technical assistance for seamless delivery of classes
- Ensure calibration of training delivery in all Delivery Partner centers
- KPI- Uninterrupted AF availability & delivery of program in the area.
- Student satisfaction of the AF instruction quality in the area.
- Timely and efficient training and onboarding of DP AF in the area
