Urgent Hiring for TPA Executive. Job Description is as follows:

- Manage the entire operation of Front Office which includes Admission, help desk, Billing & TPA department.
- Development and continuous process of revision of guidelines of Front Office, Registration, Billing, admissions, TPA and other activities.
- Manage Insurance cashless pre-authorization /claim submission (day to day operation).
- Supporting Insurance & Cash billing department, Credit receivable follow ups and update the same to the higher officials.
- Pre-Investigate all claims documents before dispatch to the Insurance companies.
- Manage patient queries, Maintain credit MIS / Claims tracker sheet Providing Finance counseling to the patients. Maintain updated hospital data, Finalize Doctor pay-out.
- To give the estimate to the patients according to the treatment advised and as per the hospital tariff.
- To connect with Insurance company and get the relevant information required for claims
- To maintain appropriate departmental documentation.
- Coordinating all kinds of internal billing queries.
- Maintaining good interpersonal relation with insurance companies and patient/attendant.
- Ensuring post discharge insurance queries resolved within timelines.
- Audit claim files, check claim papers according to disease, examine medical reports, match prescriptions and in case of deficiencies of documents, put queries and to make correspondence with clients.
- Implementation of billing process and system.
- Verification of all credit bills for non-clinical aspects.
- To regularly monitor and follow-up with Insurance companies for timely settlement of claims.
- To supervise all the TPA admissions and handle all the queries of the patients.
- To ensure timely submission of credit bills to TPA/Corporate/PSU.
- To ensure 100% accuracy of Cash Count at all the times.
- Should be graduate and holding relevant education qualification.
- Should have Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Interacting with customers & ensuring a high degree of Customer Service.
- Should have minimum 2- 5 years experience in Billing & TPA department
- Should have good working knowledge in excel
- Ability to build a good rapport with customers.
- Should be able to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Should be having good time management skills.
- Should be willing to join immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
