**Job Title**:Store Executive

**Reports to**: Store Manager

**Employment Type**:Full-time

**Location - Hyderabad**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and report variances to the Store Manager.
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are accounted for and documented accurately.

**Material Handling and Storage**:

- Oversee the proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials to optimize warehouse space.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or other industry-standard inventory methods to reduce wastage, particularly for PVC materials and automation parts.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, finished products, and spare parts, notifying the procurement team when reorder levels are reached.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure materials are available as per production schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers for deliveries and manage inbound and outbound logistics to avoid production delays.
- Generate and share regular inventory reports and updates with relevant departments.

**Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Inspect incoming materials and products for quality and quantity accuracy before storing them.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and storage requirements, especially for automation equipment and PVC materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse**.**

**Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, including receipts, returns, and transfers.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory usage, stock levels, and potential shortages.
- Assist in generating and processing purchase orders and invoices in collaboration with the accounts and procurement teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in store or warehouse management, ideally in the manufacturing, automation, or PVC pipe industry.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of inventory management practices and stock control processes**.**:

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory tracking software.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in managing records and reports**.**
