**Job Title: Telecaller for Lab**

**About the Company**
We are from Xpress Polyclinic & Pathlabs. We are looking for Tele Caller Executive for
worked in diagnostic / clinics' have a vision of making quality pathology services accessible

**Key Result Areas**:

- Drive overall business operations (marketing & business development) for Pathology
Lab test lab by conceptualizing & implementing sound business strategies for
accomplishment of marketing targets.

- Making at least 100 outbound calls in a day and develop a sales funnel with the
database provided
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
- Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity
to the appropriate department for further action
- Making sure the daily weekly and monthly targets are achieved.
- Contacting our regular customers and working to build relationships with them.

Other functions: Interacting with field team, customer relationship teams to identify
downstream problems and to refine these during the pitch/presentation itself.
- Knowledge: Must be a graduate at least
- Experience: Tele caller 2+ years
- Skills: Must be good with MS-Office and Google sheets, Negotiation,
Networking, Great in Oral and written communication
- Ability: Ability to think on their feet (quick-thinking), Good at identifying
people’s thought process, Clarity in communication, Working in a team
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of front-line sales experience of Tele Caller. Lab experience will be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
