**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues.
- Actively handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and other relevant documentation.
- Support back office operations by managing administrative tasks and assisting with daily office activities.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Freshers can apply, male -female both.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
