**Job Title: Intern Associate**

**Location**: Bhendi Bazar, South Mumbai

As an Intern Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of our perfume brand by rotating through different departments, including sales showroom, office, and production workshop. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will contribute to projects and tasks aligned with departmental objectives while developing essential skills and knowledge relevant to your career aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in a structured rotational program, spending designated periods in each department to gain comprehensive understanding and experience.
- Assist in showroom operations, including engaging with customers, showcasing products, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Support office activities such as administrative tasks, data entry, inventory management, and coordination of appointments and meetings.
- Contribute to production processes by assisting in fragrance formulation, packaging, quality control, and inventory management in the workshop.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects, meet deadlines, and achieve departmental goals.
- Actively seek learning opportunities, ask questions, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude while representing the company internally and externally.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business, marketing, chemistry, or related field, or recent graduate within the past 1-2 years.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work 8-10 hours per day, depending on departmental requirements.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
