- Stay current with developments in security technology, trends, and best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to security personnel to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the security team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience working in the security industry, with a background in security operations, law enforcement, or military preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in security procedures, risk assessment, crisis management, and related topics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency in using training aids and technology, including multimedia presentations, simulation tools, and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and records effectively.
- Certification or licensure in security-related fields (e.g., Certified Security Trainer) preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
