**About the job**

As a **Telesales Executive**, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their home loan needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive conversions This role demands strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide customers confidently through the loan process If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior telesales experience, we’d love to hear from you.

**Major Job responsibilities would be as under**:

- Take outbound calls to potential customers for home loans and LAP.
- Pitch products clearly, identify needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
- Meet monthly sales targets and support team goals through collaboration.

**Who is an ideal fit**:

- 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in home loans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in high-paced environments.
- Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
