As an Offline IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation classes to our students at our physical location. Your primary goal will be to help students improve their English language proficiency and achieve their desired scores in the IELTS exam.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting offline IELTS preparation classes, including teaching all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Developing and implementing effective lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Providing regular feedback and assessments to students to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to actively participate and excel in their studies.
- Offering guidance and strategies to help students improve their test-taking skills and confidence.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in IELTS exam formats, content, and scoring criteria.
- Collaborating with other trainers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- An 7.5 Band Score or 2 Years of Experience
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer, with a strong track record of helping students achieve their target scores.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Flexibility to work on-site at our physical location according to the established schedule.
- Familiarity with IELTS exam content, format, and scoring criteria.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
