Job Title: Gym Trainer (Morning Shift)

Location: GTB Nagar, Jalandhar, India

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Gym Trainer to join our fitness facility in Jalandhar, India. As a Gym Trainer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and guidance to our members during the morning shift, from 5.30 AM to 11.00 AM. Your role will involve creating personalized workout programs, conducting fitness assessments, and assisting members in achieving their fitness goals. **Responsibilities**:
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with members to understand their fitness goals, medical history, and any limitations.

Develop and implement personalized workout programs based on members' fitness levels, goals, and preferences.

Instruct members on the correct use of gym equipment and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Provide guidance and motivation to members during workouts to help them achieve their fitness objectives.

Offer nutritional advice and promote healthy eating habits to support members' overall wellness.

Monitor members' progress, track their performance, and make necessary adjustments to their workout programs.

Assist members in maintaining proper form, posture, and breathing techniques during exercises.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing members' inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate fitness-related information.

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of gym equipment and facilities to create a safe and hygienic environment for members.

Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, training techniques, and industry developments to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:
Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA).

Proven experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer, preferably in a fitness center or gym environment.

Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and fitness principles.

Ability to develop personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members and provide guidance and motivation.

Understanding of proper exercise techniques and safety guidelines.

Passionate about fitness and committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Availability to work the morning shift from 5.30 AM to 11.00 AM.

Basic computer skills for maintaining member records and tracking progress.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
