Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair:

- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues such as motherboard, RAM, hard drives, SSDs, cooling fans, keyboards, screens, etc.
- Replace or upgrade laptop components including memory, storage drives, and other peripherals.
- Perform tasks such as soldering, chip replacements, and connector repairs.

Software Troubleshooting & Installation:

- Diagnose and fix software issues including operating system failures, driver conflicts, and system crashes.
- Ensure proper virus/malware detection and removal.
- Provide support for system optimization and performance tuning.

Customer Service:

- Communicate with customers to understand their laptop issues and provide solutions.
- Offer technical guidance and recommendations for laptop care and upgrades.
- Provide timely and professional repairs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Run diagnostic tests to ensure proper functionality of all repaired laptops.
- Ensure software and hardware compatibility and performance.
- Perform quality checks on repaired devices to verify successful resolution of issues.

Record Keeping & Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Manage and track inventory of spare parts, tools, and components.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware & Networking or related field.
- 2 years of experience in laptop repair, with expertise in both software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of laptop architectures, including components like processors, storage devices, RAM, motherboards, etc.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and software diagnostic tools.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electronic circuits (optional but preferred).

**Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software utilities for laptop repair.

Preferred:

- Experience with data recovery tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of mobile device repair is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
