**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of direct sales agents
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Generate leads through fieldwork and referrals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience in direct marketing or field sales
- Good communication and team-handling skills
