**Responsibilities**:

- He will be responsible to carry testing of raw materials and finished products and assure that quality of incoming and out going material meets the norms defined by the company.
- He will also prepare reports and submit to the management of company.
- Proficiently perform analytical laboratory techniques using basic lab tools
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on the machines
- Data entry for paperwork generation and record keeping
- Acting as a front-line leader, positively influencing operator behavior and reporting and acting on quality and food safety concerns
- Provide back-up to Quality Manager and lab team
- Assist with food safety inspections and audits
- Any other duties as assigned by management

**Having experience of 3 year in similar field will be preferred.**
