**Position**: Social Media Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:
Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals, graphics, and videos.
- **Community Management**:
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to foster a positive community.

Build and nurture relationships with followers and influencers to increase engagement.
- **Campaign Management**:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to boost brand awareness and audience interaction.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- **Strategy & Optimization**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for growth.

Optimize social media profiles and content to improve visibility and engagement.
- **Advertising & Promotions**:
Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).

Set up targeted ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversions.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools
- Proficient in content creation tools like Canva
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Experience in running social media campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation.
