**Database Administrator-Oracle**

**Location: Bangalore (JP Nagar 2nd Phase)**

- Minimum 5 years Oracle database experience on Windows Platforms with RAC experience
- Willing to work in EST Timings (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST)

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation & Configuration of Oracle Software, Creation and Configuration of Oracle 10g, 11g and 12c Databases in Windows and Linux Platforms.
- Monitor and manage database sessions, jobs and scheduled tasks
- Space Management - Monitoring, Table space creation, data file addition, resizing, moving
- Good hands on experience in Oracle RAC.
- Good Experience in Oracle Data guard and any replication tools
- Good experience in Performance Tuning (Analyzing AWR and ADDM Reports)
- Experience in monitoring database performance, generate session trace, AWR and ADDM reports and should be able to do first level performance analysis for performance issues
- Cloning/Refresh of databases using RMAN, Export/Import, Expdp/Impdp
- Backup & Recovery using RMAN and other tools and methods.
- Security & Privilege Management - Create and maintain users, privileges and roles, enable/disable database audits
- Writing SQL Scripts for DBA tasks and shell scripting
- Exposure to tools like Toad and Oracle Enterprise Manager is desirable.
