- US Voice Process(International)** - in Gurgaon Location. Experience 0- 6 Years with **Excellent communication and written skills**.

**Job Purpose**:

- To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.

**Key Responsibility:

- Managing Customer support.
- Handling calls - both inbound and outbound.
- Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience in the process.
- Helping in general operations.
- Any other ad hoc duties related to hospital operations assigned by supervisor.
