**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and inventory records.
- Handle back-office operations including document preparation, record maintenance, and file management.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure proper functioning of computer systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
