Job Summary:
The Stores Executive will manage the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and timely material issuance. The role involves ensuring proper documentation in SAP, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory records, ensuring stock accuracy in SAP.
Receive and verify incoming materials, inspecting for quality and quantity.
Ensure timely issuance and dispatch of materials to production and other departments.
Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment as per requirements.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
Coordinate with the purchase and logistics teams for material receipt and dispatch.
Ensure proper storage of materials in designated areas and follow safety protocols.
Prepare and maintain records of goods movement and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in store management in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of material handling and inventory control practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
