**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and supervise construction sites to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff
- Utilize tools like Ohmmeter for electrical systems testing
- Conduct construction estimating as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction supervision or management
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost control practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects
