1. Well versed in handling leather Wallet (Shoes, Belt) manufacturing operating procedures.
2. Good knowledge of sequence of leather wallet (Shoes, Belt) manufacturing operations.
3. Proficient in planning the leather wallet (Shoes, Belt) manufacturing production and set the target.
4. Lead and co-ordinate with the line in-charges, supervisors to ensure that the allotted work, given target have been achieved on time.
5. Review, organize and check input and achieve planned output.
6. Develop and implement a comprehensive production management system that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
7. Production follow-up (Plan Vs Achieved, Monitor BN operations, Stage Movements monitor, IC monitor, review plan backlog).
8. Review the quality of the production by collecting information from final QA.
9. Monitor individual & line efficiency as per standards.
10. Monitor order closing including Intermediate Card (IC).
11. Proficient in handling machinery & materials knowledge of all the relevant machineries.
12. Monitoring Pre-Production Sample, Salesman Sample, Blue Tag, Green Tag & other samples - production, quality, and critical operations.
13. Ensure the awareness of Pre-Production Sample (PPS), Blue Tag (BT), Green Tag (GT) to all Line In-charges / Supervisors / Operators.
14. Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) / Reference checking before starts the bulk production.
15. Ability to follow cost reduction methods.
16. Responsible for manpower skill matrix study, skill development procedure to increase productivity.
17. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
18. Ensure health & safety to meet the social compliance requirement and maintain a discipline on the shop floor.
19. Ensure the 5S Follow-up in the shop floor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
