Working days : 6 days working in a week

Roles & Responsibilities:

- E waybill, DC creation
- Logistics support (Laptop, Monitors, other IT Assets Forward and Reverse shipment) from request initiation, sharing supporting documents, informing the internal team (ADE and GSIS team) and the vendor for asset dispatch, track and update the status also coordinate with ADE team for any inconvenience in delivering the asset, till the asset delivery confirmation on ADE Tech Tool
- Vendor management
- scheduling meetings, calls and follow up with logistics vendor partner on consistent basis for accomplishing the targeted SLA
- SEZ/ STPI Mapping, work with ADE, Finance team in collecting asset details, asset value, invoices and prepare the SEZ/ STPI mapping data based on the current month head count file.
- Courier Service support by connecting with users and vendor partner.
- Work on Inter unit Transfer of IT assets
- Coordinate with finance team for Tax invoice generation
- Verify the logistics service invoices, seek approval from manager, and assist vendor in uploading the invoices on IP2P.
- Have a track on PO Balance
- Logistics monthly report
- Prepare exceptional case laptop shipment report and share data to finance team to cross charge it to the respective cost center
- E waybill and DC report to finance on monthly basis
- Compliance tool
- Quarterly Report on E waybill and DC
- Take care of entire insurance process for the assets lost and damaged by the logistics partner
- Coordinate with Insurance partner for the assets lost by the user
- Interacting with associates for logistics status update.
- Holiday Support
- PPT presentations
- RACI Chart, SOP preparation on Logistics

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
