Groom/instructor

Design and deliver grooming and etiquette training programs for cabin crew, ground staff, and other aviation professionals. Educate trainees on personal hygiene, attire, uniform standards, body language, and overall professional presentation. Train staff in aviation etiquette, cultural sensitivity, and customer interaction skills to enhance passenger experience. Conduct practical grooming sessions including skincare, hairstyling, makeup, and uniform maintenance. Ensure staff adhere to aviation safety, grooming, and brand guidelines at all times. Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to trainees who need additional support. Keep training material updated with the latest industry trends and airline standards. Collaborate with HR and training departments to align grooming programs with overall service training. Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of grooming training. Act as a role model by maintaining exemplary grooming standards at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
