Understand brand sentiment, requirements, guidelines, and TG
- Effectively manage accounts assigned, jointly strategize for campaigns, and take care of end-to-end client co-ordination
- Briefing & coordinating with internal teams while making sure that deliverables are delivered on the committed time
- Actively sample check brand pages to ensure content is going up as per the schedule and quality levels are maintained
- Manage client interactions
- Have a sound knowledge of digital media which includes media plans, monthly reports, spends, brand assessment (while making sure that we are doing a competitive analysis of the brands we are handling quarterly), and media creative guidelines
- Should know social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. Also should have prior experience in handling media promotions, media strategies, and click ads
- Overseeing ORM process and listening tools.

**Requirements**:

- Should have proficiency in MS Office.
- Personable in nature.
- Active listening, adaptability, time management, and good work ethics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
