**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop seasonal collections of Mens and Womens Casualwear that align with brand aesthetics and target market preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market developments to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Create detailed sketches and illustrations of design concepts, incorporating graphics and prints where necessary.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sourcing, and merchandising to ensure designs are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Conduct research on fabrics, trims, and embellishments, considering cost implications and sourcing options.
- Participate in fittings and sample reviews, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to prototypes.
- Maintain organized records of design concepts, sketches, and specifications for reference and future use.
- Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in fashion design, specifically in designing Mens and Womens Casualwear.
- Strong proficiency in illustrations and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
